Washing/Depyro Tunnels
These Hepa Filtered laminar airflow tunnels are used for continuous depyrogenation of ampoules, vials, cartridges, and syringes to ensure container sterilization before their subsequent aseptic filling.
The containers are fed automatically from an upstream loading machine or manually using trays. The containers then enter a single frame tube tunnel, which is split into three major zones:
1. Infeed: the containers access the tunnel
2. Sterilization: circulating hot air from an electric heating coil, the tunnel and its Hepa Filters guarantee Class A/ISO 5 clean room internal conditions
3. Cooling Zone: the system gently cools the containers before they are automatically transferred to the next downstream processing machine
